I was infatuated with the notion of starting my own religion when I was in my very early twenties.<\/p>\n

It just seemed like something anyone who was anybody was going to be doing.<\/p>\n

I was convinced that all a potential avatar needed was a good hook concept to wrap around some classic self-help techniques.<\/p>\n

Obviously, I wasn’t the only one thinking along those lines.<\/p>\n\n

Having Fun<\/span><\/p>\n

There’s a startling new religion
\nsweeping through the subdivisions
\nHaving Fun is what they call it
\nSoon you’ll be a Fun-a-holic<\/p>\n

Well, there isn’t any priesthood
\ndoctrine’s anything that feel’s good
\nIt’s the one true religion
\nThere’ll be no more revisions<\/p>\n

Having Fun (on the job)
\nHaving Fun (while at play)
\nHaving Fun (all night long)
\nHaving Fun (all through the day)<\/p>\n

Well, we’re all upon a journey
\ngoing back unto the Funhead
\nWhen we finally arrive there
\nwe’ll have all the Fun we wanted<\/p>\n

There are some say Fun is boring
\nbut to them I’ll give this warning
\nHave Fun while there’s time
\nbecause the Fun stops when you die<\/p>\n
